Ordering Policies

Thank you for considering Fabuela Q Cookies to be part of your celebration! These policies help ensure a smooth ordering experience for both of us. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following.

1. Minimum Orders

One dozen minimum.

2. Miracle Rush Orders

Rush orders are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.

If accepted, a Miracle Rush Fee may apply based on turnaround time, design complexity, order size, and my current production schedule.

3. Reserving Your Date

Every order begins with an inquiry. Once we've finalized your order details and pricing, you'll receive a quote/invoice.

Quotes are valid for 48 hours from the time they are issued.

Your requested pickup date remains available to other customers until your invoice has been paid.

If payment is received after your quote has expired, your order will be reviewed based on current availability and pricing. If I am unable to accommodate your order as originally quoted, any payment received will be refunded or applied toward an updated quote, whichever you prefer.

Payment in full is required to reserve your pickup date. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Alternate payment arrangements may be available in select circumstances, such as large corporate orders or events booked well in advance, at the sole discretion of Fabuela Q Cookies.

4. Design Changes

Design changes are welcome whenever possible. As your pickup date gets closer, changes become more difficult to accommodate.

Once production has begun, changes may no longer be possible and, if approved, may result in additional charges.

5. Pickup Appointments

Pickup is by appointment in West Fort Worth, TX 76108.

If you're unable to arrive during your scheduled pickup window, please call me as soon as possible so we can discuss your options.

If you choose the Cookie Concierge Cooler option, responsibility for your order transfers to you once it has been placed in the cooler. Fabuela Q Cookies is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from weather, heat, wildlife, insects, theft, or other circumstances beyond my control.

7. Refunds & Cancellations & Rescheduling

Due to the custom and perishable nature of my products, all sales are final. Payments and retainers are non-refundable.

If your event date changes, one reschedule may be permitted if requested more than 14 days before your originally scheduled pickup or delivery date and I am available for the new requested date. Rescheduling requests made within 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. Additional fees apply to cover supplies, custom cutters, materials, or other costs already incurred.

If you have any concerns about your completed order, please call me immediately so I have an opportunity to address them. While I stand behind the quality  of my products, personal taste and flavor preferences are subjective and not grounds for a refund or replacement.

8. Allergens

Products may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, milk, almond extract, tree nuts, soy, and other common allergens.

Because products are prepared in a home kitchen where allergens are present, I cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

9. Texas Cottage Food Law

THIS PRODUCT IS PRODUCED IN A PRIVATE RESIDENCE THAT IS NOT SUBJECT TO GOVERNMENTAL LICENSING OR INSPECTION.
